We seek to be a place where members of our community are known, loved and cared for.

Diaconate

Our main vehicle of care and assistance for congregants struggling with challenging or crisis situations is the Diaconate. This group consists of men (deacons) and women (deaconesses) who have been nominated by church members, assessed by church officers, and trained both theologically and practically prior to being presented by the Session to church members for election and appointment. They also receive ongoing training for the purpose of coming alongside congregants through loving, truth-telling relationships.

Services that the Diaconate offers include:

  • Financial Assistance
  • Prayer
  • Care Groups
